Welcome to FASTESZZ! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform—including the FASTESZZ website, mobile apps, and related services. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Account Registration & Security
You must create an account with accurate and updated information.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
Report any unauthorized access or suspicious activity immediately.
2. Our Services
FASTESZZ connects you to:
Groceries, medicines, e-commerce items, and parcel delivery
Car rental bookings
We aim to deliver all orders within 1 hour, depending on availability and conditions.
3. Orders & Payments
You agree to pay listed prices, including delivery charges and taxes.
Supported payment methods:
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket)
Online card payments (via secure gateways)
Car rentals must be canceled 24 hours before pickup to receive a refund. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
4. Returns & Refunds
Eligible returns: E-commerce items and parcels within 3 to 5 days of delivery.
Must include a clear unboxing video from before the seal is broken.
Non-returnable: Food, groceries, and medicines (due to hygiene and safety).
For spoiled or unsafe food, record and submit a video immediately after delivery.
5. Delivery & Acceptance
Provide accurate address and contact details for smooth delivery.
Check your order at delivery and report any issues instantly via the app.
We strive for fast and secure delivery, but delays may occur due to external factors.
6. User Conduct
Use the Platform legally, ethically, and respectfully.
Any form of fraud, harassment, abuse, or platform misuse may lead to account suspension or permanent removal.
Do not attempt to manipulate or disrupt FASTESZZ systems.
7. Privacy & Data Use
We handle your data according to our Privacy Policy.
By using FASTESZZ, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described.
8. Limitation of Liability
FASTESZZ is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages from Platform use.
Our liability is limited to the value of the specific order or transaction involved.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as needed.
Major changes will be communicated through email or app notifications.
Continued use of the Platform implies your acceptance of any updates.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
Disputes will be resolved amicably, or if necessary, by the courts of Bangladesh.

FASTESZZ Vendor Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: October 01,2025
1. Vendor Eligibility & Registration
You must be a legally authorized business or individual in Bangladesh.
Submit valid and current documents (trade license, tax ID, etc.) during registration.
FASTESZZ reserves the right to verify, approve, or reject vendor accounts at its sole discretion.
2. Product Listings
Only authentic, safe, and legal products/services may be listed.
Ensure all product details, pricing, and images are accurate and updated regularly.
Prohibited, counterfeit, or restricted items are strictly forbidden.
3. Order Fulfillment
Vendors are responsible for timely packaging and handing over orders as per FASTESZZ protocols.
Ensure product quality, hygiene, and safety, especially for food, medicines, and perishables.
Notify FASTESZZ immediately if an order cannot be fulfilled.
4. Pricing & Payments
Vendors set their own prices but must ensure transparency and fairness.
Payments are released post-delivery confirmation, per FASTESZZ’s schedule.
Vendors are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees related to their sales.
5. Returns, Refunds & Disputes
Vendors must follow FASTESZZ’s return and refund policies.
Repeated failure to resolve customer complaints may result in account suspension or removal.
Cooperate promptly in resolving any customer or platform disputes.
6. Conduct & Compliance
Operate ethically and professionally, adhering to all applicable laws.
False advertising, misleading claims, or deceptive practices are prohibited.
Protect customer data and comply with all data protection regulations.
7. Platform Use
The vendor portal is a privilege, not a right.
Vendors must protect their login credentials and report unauthorized access immediately.
Misuse of the platform may lead to account restriction or termination.
8. Intellectual Property
Vendors retain rights to their content but grant FASTESZZ a non-exclusive license to use product images, descriptions, and branding for operational and promotional purposes.
Vendors must respect FASTESZZ’s trademarks and IP—no unauthorized use is allowed.
9. Termination & Vendor Removal
FASTESZZ may suspend or terminate a vendor account at any time, without prior notice, for reasons including:
Violation of Terms
Non-compliance with legal requirements
Platform policy breaches or poor performance
Upon termination:
All listings must be removed immediately
Any pending orders must still be fulfilled
Termination is final and legally enforceable. Vendors agree not to dispute FASTESZZ’s right to do so.
10. Limitation of Liability
FASTESZZ does not guarantee sales, profits, or platform uptime.
Not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Vendors agree to indemnify FASTESZZ against claims related to their products, listings, or conduct.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
Disputes should be resolved amicably; if not, they will be handled by the courts of Bangladesh.

These Terms govern your engagement as a delivery rider with FASTESZZ . By accepting deliveries via FASTESZZ, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Eligibility & Onboarding
Must be 18+ years and legally eligible to work in Bangladesh.
Provide valid ID, driving license, and vehicle documents (registration & insurance).
Complete mandatory training, background check, and onboarding steps before starting.
2. Rider Responsibilities
Pick up and deliver orders promptly and safely.
Communicate respectfully with customers, merchants, and staff.
Comply with traffic laws and safety standards at all times.
Handle items (food, parcels, groceries, medicine) with care.
Use the FASTESZZ app only for delivery operations and communication.
3. Order Handling
Double-check delivery details before departure.
For issues (e.g., wrong address, delivery failure, damaged item), contact support immediately via the app.
Do not open, tamper with, or alter packages under any circumstances.
Assist with returns as per FASTESZZ return policies.
4. Safety & Equipment
Operate a roadworthy vehicle and wear legal safety gear (helmet, reflective gear, etc.).
Maintain valid insurance for yourself and your vehicle.
FASTESZZ is not liable for injuries, damages, or incidents caused by your negligence or violations of the law.
5. Payment & Earnings
Delivery fees, bonuses, and incentives are clearly shown in the FASTESZZ app.
Payments follow the published schedule and method.
Riders are responsible for tax filings on earnings.
6. Data Protection & Confidentiality
Keep all customer and company information confidential.
Use customer data only for delivery purposes.
Follow applicable data privacy laws and FASTESZZ’s privacy policies.
7. Code of Conduct
Show respect, integrity, and professionalism at all times.
Strictly prohibited: harassment, discrimination, violence, or abuse.
Never work under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Report accidents, incidents, or disputes immediately to Rider Support.
8. Suspension & Termination
FASTESZZ may suspend or permanently remove you from the platform for:
Violating these Terms
Engaging in fraud, unethical, or illegal conduct
Repeated customer complaints or delivery failures
Upon termination, you must: Cease using the platform
Return any FASTESZZ property or data
9. Limitation of Liability
FASTESZZ is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your delivery work.
You agree to indemnify FASTESZZ against losses, damages, or legal claims caused by your negligence or misconduct.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
Disputes should be resolved amicably; otherwise, the courts of Bangladesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

FASTESZZ Car Rental Partner Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: October 01,2025
Applies to: All registered Car Rental Partners on the FASTESZZ Platform.
By registering as a car rental partner on FASTESZZ, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These govern your access to and use of the FASTESZZ car rental services. Please read them carefully.
1. Partner Eligibility & Registration
You must be a legally registered business or authorized individual in Bangladesh.
You must provide valid trade licenses, national ID/passport, vehicle ownership documents, driving license (if self-driving), and any required regulatory approvals.
FASTESZZ reserves the right to verify all submitted documents before activation.
2. Vehicle Standards & Requirements
Vehicles must be:
Roadworthy, clean, and well-maintained.
Properly insured with up-to-date fitness and tax token.
Equipped with air conditioning, seatbelts, and all required safety features.
FASTESZZ may inspect vehicles randomly or upon complaint.
3. Booking Acceptance & Obligations
Once a trip is accepted, the partner must: Be punctual and present at the pickup location at the scheduled time.
Provide the correct vehicle and driver as listed.
Ensure the driver behaves professionally and courteously at all times.
4. Cancellation & Trip Modification Policy
Cancellation After Acceptance: Partners cannot cancel any trip after accepting it without prior approval from FASTESZZ.
Unauthorized cancellations will result in no payment and financial penalties.
Trip Modification:Partners are not allowed to alter any trip details (e.g., time, route, fare, vehicle) once accepted.
Modifying trips without FASTESZZ consent will result in disciplinary action.
Repeated violations may lead to suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
5. Penalties for Non-Compliance
The following may result in penalties, deductions, or termination:
No-show or failure to attend a confirmed trip.
Providing a different vehicle or driver than listed.
Poor customer service or safety complaints.
Breach of any platform rules or local traffic laws.
6. Payments & Charges
Payment will be made after successful trip completion, as per FASTESZZ’s payment schedule.
Partners will receive transparent breakdowns of earnings, including any deductions.
FASTESZZ reserves the right to deduct penalties or dispute-related charges before disbursement.
7. Customer Handling & Conduct
Drivers must be:Respectful, sober, and in proper attire.
Prohibited from smoking or using mobile phones while driving (unless for trip communication).
Any form of harassment, abuse, or misconduct will result in immediate suspension and may lead to legal action.
8. Platform Usage & Confidentiality
Partners must:Use the FASTESZZ partner app for all bookings, communication, and trip tracking.
Keep all customer data confidential and only use it for the purpose of fulfilling the trip.
9. Account Suspension & Termination
FASTESZZ reserves the right to suspend or terminate a partner account at any time for:
Breach of these Terms.
Repeated customer complaints or policy violations.
Involvement in fraudulent or illegal activities.
Failure to maintain service quality or operational standards.
Upon termination, partners must complete any pending trips and return any FASTESZZ-owned assets.
10. Limitation of Liability
FASTESZZ is not responsible for:
Accidents, damages, or losses caused during the trip.
Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
The partner is solely responsible for:
The condition and operation of their vehicles.
Any legal, financial, or customer-related disputes arising during the trip.
11. Dispute Resolution
FASTESZZ encourages resolving issues amicably through the partner support team.
If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of Bangladesh and handled in the courts of Dhaka.
