Refund Policy

FASTESZZ Return & Refund Policy (Bangladesh)

Effective Date: October 01, 2025
Applies To: All FASTESZZ services including e-commerce, parcel delivery, groceries, medicine, food, and rental.

🛍️ 1. Return Eligibility by Category

E-Commerce Products & Parcel Deliveries

Return Window: Within 2 days of delivery.

Eligible Reasons:

Damaged or defective item

Wrong product delivered

Incomplete delivery

Item not as described

Conditions for Return:

The item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags/accessories.

Customers must provide a full unboxing video (starting before the seal is broken).

Without valid unboxing video proof, the return request will be rejected.


⚠️ Important (Bangladesh Standard):

No cash refund or wallet refund will be provided.

If eligible, we will arrange a replacement or exchange for the same/similar item.

Food & Groceries

If the delivered food/grocery is spoiled, unhygienic, expired, or unsafe to consume:

A clear video proof must be submitted immediately after delivery via the FASTESZZ app.

Eligible orders will be replaced within the fastest possible time.

Medicine

Medicines are non-returnable due to safety and health regulations in Bangladesh.

Only if the wrong medicine is delivered, with valid proof (unboxing video), a replacement will be issued.

Rental Services (Cars, Bikes, etc.)

Booking cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Cancellations made later than this will be non-refundable.

📝 2. How to Request a Return

1. Open the FASTESZZ App

2. Go to My Orders → Select Order → Request Return

3. Upload unboxing/issue video clearly showing the problem

4. Select the return reason

5. Choose pickup or drop-off option

Our support team will review and confirm replacement approval.


🔄 3. Replacement Only (No Cash Refund)

No cash or digital refund is offered.

Replacement is subject to product availability.

If the exact product is unavailable, a comparable alternative of equal value will be provided.


📦 4. Return Denial Criteria

Your return request will be rejected if:

Product is used, damaged after delivery, or missing parts

No valid unboxing video is provided

Request is made after 2 days of delivery

Product falls under non-returnable categories (medicine, perishable items, digital services, etc.)

⚖️ 5. Policy Updates & Compliance

FASTESZZ reserves the right to change, update, or modify this policy at any time in line with:

Government laws & regulations in Bangladesh

Technological advancements

Business requirements & operational needs

Updated policies will be effective immediately once published in the FASTESZZ app or website.
